Black with a hidden silver flake is what 3M 2080 M212 Black Metallic in Matte gives you. Viewed in shade it is simply a matte black; step into sunlight and the flake comes alive along the curves without ever turning the surface shiny. That dual behavior is why owners choose it over the plain M12.<\/p>\n
It works especially well on cars with a lot of sculpted surface, where the flake traces the shape. Like the rest of the 2080 range it is a cast film that conforms into complex areas, with non-visible adhesive and clean removal. Soft to the eye, the Matte finish also hides minor paint flaws. Fitted at both 2wrap studios, in Westlake Village and in Belgium.<\/p>\n
