The benchmark black. 3M 2080 HG12 High Gloss Black is a deep, pure black with a mirror-like High Gloss surface that reads as fresh paint on a well-prepared car. In sun the reflections are sharp and bright; in shade it goes to a bottomless dark.
Luxury sedans, sports cars, executive SUVs and roofs on lighter colours all carry it well. Black shows every flaw in preparation and installation, which is where the 2080 cast film with its non-visible adhesive and paint-like depth earns its place. Removal years later leaves the paint untouched. High Gloss Black is wrapped by 2wrap in both Westlake Village and Weelde.
