3M 2080 M203 Red Metallic car wrap

3M 2080 M203 Red Metallic in Matte puts a fine metallic flake under a flat surface, so you get a red that glows rather than shines. In shade it is a deep, cool crimson; sun brings the flake forward and the color lifts toward a brighter cherry. The effect is close to a factory frozen paint finish.

Metallic mattes are hard to color-match in paint, which is one reason wrap owners go this route. Aero pieces and recessed badges are no problem for the 2080 cast film, and removal is clean when you are done. It sits well on performance cars where a plain matte red would feel too flat.
