3M 2080 S271 Thundercloud car wrap

The name fits: 3M 2080 S271 Thundercloud in Satin is a dark grey with a blue cast, the color of a storm front. Sun pulls the blue forward and the satin sheen gives the surface a soft glow; in shade it goes near-charcoal. No metallic flake, so the finish is smooth and even.

Thundercloud is a good step away from the ordinary greys without becoming a colored car, and it suits sedans, SUVs and sport wagons equally. The conformable 2080 cast film wraps around sharp aero edges and flush handles with no lifting, and the non-visible adhesive keeps the surface pure. California and Belgium: 2wrap installs it in both.
