Dark, stormy and metallic, KPMF K75513 Tempest Blue sits closer to navy than to royal blue. A fine pearl under the Matte surface keeps it from going flat: in direct sun the flake throws a steel-blue glow across the bonnet, while in shade it drops to a near-black blue that reads expensive and quiet.
