Taking the shine off a true red changes its character completely. Orafol 970RA 028M Matt Cardinal Red keeps the warm, saturated pigment of its gloss sibling but presents it through a flat, non-reflective surface that looks almost like powder-coated metal. The Matte finish mutes the sun's glare and lets the color sit evenly across every panel, with no hot spots on the hood or roof.
Pickups, off-road builds and modern sports cars with aggressive bodywork carry it well, since the flat surface emphasizes shape over shine. As with all 970RA films, the RapidAir air-release channels make the install clean on large areas and the adhesive releases without residue. Our teams in Weelde and Westlake Village wrap this one often.
