Neighbors Outraged Over So-Called `Party House` on Residential Street in Hollywood Hills
Residents of a neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills said Monday they had been complaining for years about large parties that block their narrow streets. But now, new artwork installed by one of their neighbors has many families worried that new tenants are trying to create the next Playboy Mansion.
