A Decade of Trust and Teamwork

We are proud to work for Richard Burke, with whom we’ve collaborated for more than 10 years. PopRak is his company, and this Sprinter project shows how far the brand has evolved. In the next image, you’ll see how we presented the design to the final result. This project is a good example of how a strong concept and clean execution come together.

How We Visualize Your Wrap

Every time we create a design for a customer, we show all four sides of the vehicle so they know exactly how it will look. Sometimes this is done on a 2D template, like the example here. Other times we use a full 3D model, depending on how detailed the measurements need to be. For precise alignment and scaling, 2D is often the most accurate option, while 3D is perfect for visualizing the overall look and feel.

Commercial vehicle wrapping : The best ROI

A strong brand is built on consistency, and every detail plays a role. Every opportunity to show your business counts, whether it’s on a large vehicle or a small commercial rep. Size doesn’t matter when it comes to creating brand awareness. Fleet marketing and commercial reps deliver some of the best return on investment because they work for you every single day on the road. This project for PopRak is a perfect example of how clear design and consistent branding can make a big impact.

Commercial Sprinter Wrap for PopRak — Ten Years of Trust on Four Wheels

Some client relationships go beyond a single project. Our partnership with Richard Burke and his company PopRak spans more than a decade — and this commercial Sprinter wrap is one of the clearest examples of how that long-term trust translates into great work. A Mercedes Sprinter, fully wrapped in clean brand graphics, completed at our Westlake Village studio in California.

The Brief: Bold Branding on a Working Vehicle

PopRak needed a commercial Sprinter wrap that would make the brand impossible to miss on the road. Not loud for the sake of it — but clean, confident, and consistent. The kind of vehicle wrap that makes every delivery a brand impression, whether it’s parked in front of a client’s building or moving through traffic on the freeway.

The result is exactly that. Bold graphics, clear branding, a design that reads instantly from distance. The Sprinter became a rolling advertisement for PopRak — working every mile, every day.

From Concept to Installation — How We Visualize Your Wrap

Before a single piece of vinyl goes on the vehicle, we show the client exactly what the finished result will look like. For the PopRak commercial Sprinter wrap, we created a full 2D template showing all four sides of the vehicle — so Richard could see how the design would flow across the panels, how the logo would sit, and how the overall brand would translate onto the vehicle.

This step matters. It eliminates guesswork and gives the client confidence before installation begins. Sometimes we use full 3D visualization for more complex builds. For precise alignment and scaling — like this Sprinter project — 2D is often the most accurate tool for communicating the design intent clearly.

Why Commercial Vehicle Wraps Deliver ROI

A commercial Sprinter wrap is one of the highest-return marketing investments a business can make. Unlike digital ads that stop working when the budget runs out, or print materials that get discarded, a wrapped vehicle works every day it’s on the road — generating thousands of impressions per week at no ongoing cost.

For a company like PopRak that operates delivery vehicles regularly, the math is straightforward. The vehicle is already on the road. Wrapping it turns a running cost into a marketing asset. Every stop, every route, every parking spot becomes a branding opportunity.

Completed at Our Westlake Village Studio

The PopRak commercial Sprinter wrap was installed at our Westlake Village studio — our primary California facility for fleet and commercial vehicle wraps. We handle everything in-house: design, print, and installation, so the quality is consistent from brief to finished vehicle.

This is the same studio where we’ve completed fleet projects for clients across the Los Angeles area, from single vehicles to multi-van fleets.
